Reasons why I suck at cooking- Part One

Only I could do this type of damage to a pizza muffin. This should have been easy peasy.
Step 1: Toast English Muffins
Step 2: Put canned pizza sauce on toasted English Muffins
Step 3: Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
Step 4: Put under the broiler until the cheese melts

Even a monkey should be able to do that. But alas, I give you exhibit A: The reason my family eats out, or orders in, practically every meal.

Broilers are NOT RIGHT! I damn near burned the house down last time I put asparagus in there.

I blame the broiler

Broilers are too fast for the novice chef. Always just bake, never broil. My advice to the world.

I would eat those. I have a weird thing where I love burnt cheese...yeah, I said it was weird.
